Oral Facial Surgery Institute has multiple positions in St. Louis, MO for an
Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon who will perform cosmetic surgery, facial trauma,
orthognathic, reconstructive, TMJ surgery and complex dental implantology. Treatment
of disease and malformations of the mouth and neck.
Requirements: DDS or DMD degree, completed an approved OMFS residency plus 1
year of experience; current Missouri State Dental Specialist License, Missouri
General Anesthesia Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration Certificate.
